To repair your device we use remote-access software, and only with your permission and while you are present. During a session we may temporarily view your screen, files, or system settings as necessary to perform the requested work. We do not browse, copy, or keep your personal files beyond what the repair requires, and we do not retain remote access after the session ends.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data — when you visit our website we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring pages.
• Cookies and analytics — we use cookies and similar technologies, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to understand how our site is used and to improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as well if you do.
